The Johnny Clean Brand was conceived by John Shullman in 2017. The first Johnny Clean opened in Jacksonville, November 2019. Johnny Clean will open two additional locations in October 2020 in the Orlando and West Palm Beach market, with more locations planned in the north, central and south Florida markets.

John has developed and operated car washes since 1987 under different brand names such as Express, Big City, and Russell Speeders. Current operations total 28 locations in Connecticut, New York, Missouri, Nebraska, Michigan, and Florida.

Johnny Clean is a friendly, ride thru, high quality, contactless, fast experience that serves customers in 3 minutes. We invest approximately $4.5 million above ground per location to create a great place to work for Team Members, while offering our Customers a memorable retail experience.

We consider ourselves to be great neighbors for other retailers. We develop a modern state of the art facility that generates 250,000 plus trips to our site annually, yet we never have lines or queuing issues and can serve up to 200 customers per hour.

It should be noted that during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Johnny Clean and its other brands have remained open as an essential business. We are proud that we have been able to keep our Team Members employed, serve Customers, and not delay or defer payments to landlords and financial partners. In fact, we continue to grow our Customers served counts as compared to periods prior to the pandemic.

We are seeking additional opportunities to develop Johnny Clean as standalone facilities or outparcels on shopping centers located within high-profile, desirable retail corridors.
